In order to improve our support to Customers, Alcas is launching two new and important on-line services.
On each product page technical data sheets are now available for displaying and downloading. By clicking the “Data Sheet” pdf file located under the product description, on the right side of the page, you can select the file of each item to download and save it, or simply to display it.
For every problem that may be faced with Alcas products, a new page has been created:
“Claims Office”
That is an easy and quick tool that allows you to report defective products and production bunches.
We wish these services can be useful for the daily work of our dearest customers.
